Claypot Cottage is a listed Cotswold stone cottage that is nestled in the heart of an attractive village; Bibury. The cottage is 40 yards away from one of the best gastro pubs around, The Village Pub in Barnsley. Claypot Cottage is truly an outstanding holiday cottage that is the perfect countryside retreat.

The cottage consists of a Living Room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one downstairs) and a master bedroom en-suite. Furnishings include two large sofas, tumble drier, window seats, a 32” flat screen TV, wifi, inglenook fireplace and two tables and chairs. A hairdryer, bed linen and towels will also be supplied. Outside is a quaint and traditional garden surrounded by beautiful garden plants. To the far end is private parking and to the rear, is a typical English Cottage garden, with off street parking with two seating areas. Please note pets are not allowed but children are welcome, and a cot and highchair are available upon request. Please note, a fully refundable security deposit must be made for this property.

Barnsley is an attractive, classic Cotswolds’ village. It is 15-20 minutes south-west of Burford and roughly 15 mins to the north of Cirencester, a market town with a wide range of restaurants and bars. It leads to the Cotswolds Water Park which is a vast area of lakes where there are endless walks and cycles paths, as well as a wealth of water sports to enjoy. Barnsley retains its charm with many period buildings, plus there is a highly regarded, luxury Spa at the Barnsley House within 100 meters from the cottage. Bibury is only five minutes’ drive away and is amongst the most recognisable locations in the Cotswolds. Burford is another simply beautiful and a classic, quaint spot that is always worth a visit.
